Thrive Signature Doctor & Thrive Signature Team Member
These are specially priced doctor and team member ticket types intended for Thrive Signature Members. These registrations will require validation of membership status and the registration will be pending until validated. Doctor
The doctor attendee type is intended for licensed dentists (DMD, DDS).
Team Member
Team members include Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Office Staff, C-Suite Members and Non-Doctor Owners.
Dental Student
This attendee type is referring to current Dental Students. Attendee registration will require validation of current student status by some form of identification and the registration will be pending until validated.
University/Faculty
This attendee type is referring to current University Doctors and/or Faculty Doctors at a Dental School. Attendee registration will require validation of current employment status by some form of identification and the registration will be pending until validated.
Government & Military
This attendee type is referring to current Doctors currently employed by the Government or Military. Attendee registration will require validation of current employment status by some form of identification and the registration will be pending until validated.
Friends & Family Guest Pass (No CE)
This attendee type is referring to a guest of a General Admission attendee that is not a Health Care Professional in any fashion (ie. DDS, dental assistant, MD, RN, Hygienist, etc…). This pass provides access to the entire event & activities related to the event, however does not include Continuing Education credits.
